Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites El Dorado Hills by IHG

Staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. We had a king suite with jacuzzi tub and the room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. We would definitely get this room again on future stay in this area of Folsom. Breakfast was good with enough options to start our day. The room had a good size fridge and Keurig coffee maker and microwave too. The shower was okay as the water pressure was decent, but not strong like we have at home. Bed was comfortable enough for a few nights. The great thing about the bed is that it was quiet and didn’t make any noise when you get up in the middle of the night. Thanks !

The gentleman that works the desk around 5 pm and stays late He deserves a raise This man went out of his way to make us feel welcomed and he was so polite My husband and I have been to a lot of hotels and let me tell you this one is better than any other one we've been to for now on this will be our go-to hotel when we want time away

Location was excellent. Breakfast good. Great coffee. Free coffee.

Room was on the 4th floor rear right side. So very spacious with 4 windows. One faced the pond and the rest faced the pools. Excellent bedding with perfect pillows. 2 large TVs. Bathroom had a jacuzzi tub which we didn't use. Pool looked great but not enough time to use it. Highly recommend staying here. Plenty options for breakfast to start off the day. We ate at one of the local restaurants with just walking for lunch and dinner.
